Aircraft Parts & Logbook Assistance
Practical help beyond the wrench
Choosing the right part and finding the right maintenance record can take time. Total Aircraft helps aircraft owners compare parts, arrange orders and organize logbooks at Raleigh Executive Jetport (KTTA) in Sanford, North Carolina.
Parts knowledge and ordering
Quality parts. Options that make sense.
We work with quality-focused aircraft parts suppliers and help you compare suitable options for your aircraft and your budget. Where eligible alternatives exist, that may mean choosing between a straightforward replacement and an upgrade with different features or long-term value.
A higher price does not automatically make a part the right choice, and a lower price does not remove the need for installation eligibility, suitable condition and documentation. We explain the practical differences so you can make an informed decision without paying for an upgrade you do not need.
Let us handle the parts search
Total Aircraft can source and order parts for customers, taking the search and ordering work off your hands. Tell us about the aircraft, the part or problem, and what you want to accomplish. We can review fit, installation requirements and available options before you authorize an order.
Availability, lead time, final pricing and any required installation work are confirmed for the specific request. Please talk with us before purchasing equipment for a planned installation; a part being advertised for your aircraft family does not by itself establish that it is eligible for your aircraft's configuration.
Logbook assistance
Put the aircraft's history in order
If your logbooks are difficult to follow or records are scattered across binders and loose pages, we can help sort and organize them. The goal is to make inspection preparation easier and help the next mechanic or pilot find the information they need.
We can help bring together airframe, engine and propeller records; organize inspection and maintenance entries; and locate supporting AD, STC, Form 337 and weight-and-balance documents where they are available. We can also flag apparent gaps or items that need further review rather than treating missing information as completed work.
Original records and signed entries matter. Organizing a file does not replace missing maintenance, prove undocumented compliance or authorize a return to service. Any necessary corrections or supporting records must be handled appropriately. The aircraft owner or operator remains responsible for retaining the required maintenance records.

Request parts or logbook help
On our Contact Us form, enter your name, email and aircraft make/model. Choose “Other maintenance or repairs” under Requested service. In Additional details, tell us whether you need parts sourcing, help comparing an upgrade, logbook organization, or a combination.
You may add a relevant supporting file and preferred timeframe.
We will confirm the scope, availability and any costs before work or ordering is authorized. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or place a parts order.
