ACF-50 Corrosion Treatment

Help protect your aircraft before corrosion becomes a bigger repair.

ACF-50 corrosion treatment at Total Aircraft, LLC, Raleigh Executive Jetport (KTTA), Sanford, North Carolina.

Discuss an aircraft-specific treatment plan. Preventive treatment supports the inspections and maintenance your aircraft already needs.

Protection tailored to your aircraft

ACF-50 is a thin-film corrosion inhibitor. Humidity, coastal exposure, outdoor parking and storage are good reasons to review your corrosion-prevention plan.

Treatment complements inspections, cleaning and attention to leaks or damaged finishes. Aircraft and component manufacturer instructions determine suitability and protected areas.

What treatment can—and cannot—do

ACF-50 does not restore lost metal or make damaged components airworthy. Suspected corrosion needs inspection and any necessary repair or replacement. Treatment is not permanent protection and does not replace required inspections or continuing corrosion control.
